  1. UltraNetwork is a cracked server, this means that when you join with a different username than your normal one, you are given a completely different account. (Different usernames have their own account) In order to get your old account back, you can simply change your username back to what it was previously. If you have a premium Minecraft account and have to wait 30 days for the name change cool down, you can used a cracked client which lets you join cracked servers with any username you like - use it to log into your old username. If you want to keep your new username, then you'll have to login to both your accounts on the server at the same time and transfer your items over by giving it to your other account, this is something you have to do yourself and not something we can do for you. Other things such as play time, commands, etc. cannot be transferred. We will only assist in transferring your purchased content from our web store.   2. Hey, this is a known issue with Minecraft if using the gray shulker box and you put any items into it. We're looking into resolving it.
  3. Player to server interaction in terms of loaning assets is never a good idea because it can't be moderated in the event the player simply just never pays back. Additional to this, it takes away from players loaning money off each other.
  4. A good idea however would require syncronization with server and in-game player groups. This seems like too much of an extra feature that isn't required at this time because the forums doesn't have enough player traffic to justify it being required. Maybe in the future.
  5. Duplicate report, please make a refund request to get your pickaxe returned to you.
  6. Villagers are currently not permanent entities, they will be removed whenever you move out of spawn distance, this may be changed in the future.

This would require the combat on prison being fixed, at the moment every sword is a one-hit kill - we can't change this until the next season otherwise existing players would still have the OP swords stored away they can use. Player dueling is something we can definitely look at for next season.
  8. Whilst this is a good idea, it is of extremely low priority since its a very extra feature and we're more focused on resolving existing bugs with the servers. We will definitely take this into consideration when we plan for our next set of features.
  9. This is already planned for the next season, we can't do it this season because everyone already has such OP swords and we can't remove them until a full wipe.

If we tell players to stop advertising through [item], they will simply start just sending it as a normal chat message instead which would do nothing but increase the text on screen because then their tags and custom name is displayed. We allow this because it encourages players to trade, however any form of begging is not allowed and is punishable, you can report a player doing so with /report. As much as I also agree with the fact that it does add unnecessary spam in the chat, it will always exist because it is the main form of communication players have with each other and the only way they can start trades or advertise their shop.
  11. Good idea in theory however seems like it would inflate the economy significantly. There is already enough potential for players to sell already.
  12. Shared ender chests just seems like a regular chest, there is no benefit of having a feature like this, just have a room of chests where your island members can get/store items? As for cobble gens not working unless the owner is online, we're working on resolving this already, thanks!
  13. Seems like this would simply be too OP for players, there is already enough enchants that provide boosts to earning money.
  14. Prison has support for these cosmetics as they can't be beneficial however using cosmetics in Skyblock can be abused, such as in the manner of using some of the gadgets to push people off the edge of the world to kill them.
  15. Already a planned feature in the future though not a high priority.
  16. Angel mine is large enough as it is, making it too big would simply have players sitting in angel mine and not going out to seek a slot in plot mines. /mr and /mine reset are useful when it comes to the Angel mine.

  18. Currently all swords have no cap on sharpness and unbreaking, allowing players to one hit each other. This makes PvP not possible, but something we'll definitely implement next season.
  19. The lobby server is exactly what it is, a lobby. We're not big into adding features to it because players are only ever in it to get transported to the next server.
  20. We feel like that players find it too much of a grind and too difficult to work through rank A again every time they prestige, especially for players with no ranks. If enough players show support for this then we can look into it, but it doesn't seem so.
