Hey, we are trying to keep the server vanilla much as possible

We don't pay staff members nor give people staff without meeting the requirements, if someone meets the requirements and is fluent in Spanish they can apply like everyone else.

The server is only advertised on voting websites, having a reminder to vote helps the server along with encouraging people to vote I'll fix this soon
