Offline voting is no longer supported and isn't advertised to be supported... As mentioned in the Decembers vote top announcement: "Voting will now only send to the server the player is online" If you message me on discord I will be able to restore the three votes you lost due to the server restart

Hey, I'm currently focusing on important bugs rather than cosmetical features. Though, this does not seem to be a bug at all. The free way of getting chatcolour has been removed and be re-added in the future.
