Unsanity Posted October 11, 2018 Share Posted October 11, 2018 Spawners don't disappear, there are some possible lag spikes but they always return your spawners after a few seconds. If you placed a spawner next to one another they merged together, you can scoop them back up with a silk touch pickaxe to prove that theory. Link to comment Share on other sites
