Whoopsy was cleaning up some code for the gems plugin to update to use more efficient code - by mistake in the gems remove command I forgot to remove the outdated way of removing gems so basically it would remove gems twice if the command is executed, fixed it in the code - will try reboot server soon or later.

'lag' isn't ping both a very big different things - "false lag" is not a thing and most likely will never be a thing. This bug is probably a very easy fix, but currently have found no solution to it yet

This is an old update, basically means my texture pack is outdated. I forgot what was the name of the texture pack only thing I remember back when I was dumb using 1.8.9

This just creates a fake clone item into your inventory, the item is not actually in your inventory but it will only show for you.
