Currently not possible as I didn't code the custom enchants plugin (might make a fork of it soon?)

I'd assume it was a island member that did so, since never has happened to another player

This is a suggestion/feature request - but I'll still add it

I don't think this is related to the server as it works for all the other users - if was to fix this, try setting your skin on the Mojang website instead of the launcher
