update /kits command

simple and nitpicky idea but

when you do /kits it should tell you how long the cool-down is for each kit and show which ones are available just incase you dont want to actually claim your kit and/or see a overview of what kits you have available

I've seen this in multiple plugins, where it stripes through the kit's name when it's unavailable. I don't know how it will work with a timer however,  we'd have to wait for an owner's opinion.

None the less, It's a great suggestion and I'd like to see it added.
