Skully Posted July 5, 2019 Share Posted July 5, 2019 Helpers are probationary members of the staff team who are continuously monitored within their first month of joining the team, once they show the capability to perform as a full time staff member, they are promoted to moderator. This is taken from the staff members activity, capability to handle reports and requests, general player assistance, etc. From there, the next available staff rank is administrator - the guidelines for being promoted to an administrator is only available to staff members.
