actually there some players that they complin with something hard help like the players say for example (''how I can get back?, which command to buy something ? or how to get plot or , I need assistant''), and I suggest to create channel chat to help all the players in this server.

-To help the players what they need like to know more commands or trade with players and chat must be dedicated to players

and the staff must help the players in channel help, also each channel has its one rules

*channel (Trade): [ /ch t ] only trade.

-And for ''example'' If you done with help or trade you may change the channel chat with all players with channel world.

This is unrequired as the main chat is primarily for chatting, making it into another chat would mean we would just be moderating a seperate chat channel and forcing new players to use this chat to get assistance. This also reduces the chances of players who have questions from obtaining answers as players can just mute this channel.
