What is the bug related to?: Prison Server

 

Briefly explain the bug/issue:

When I bought iron to gold rank upgrade it glitched my leveling up system I cant rank up when I try it says you do not have any rankups available at your current rank When I type in chat it shows me at rank A and I cant go to any of the mining warps except Warp's A, Coal, Iron, Gold, Lapis. Please fix this bug it takes away the fun of the game.
