Forgot my password

so i logged in after a long time, and i forgot my password even tho im sure the password was the on i always use, can i reset it to something? i didn't have a recovery email which is my fault but could i get any help?
also it seems that i am banned from the discord server so i can't get any help through there: NozaTrix#7125

alright, because here i cant join it says its invalid whilst my friends can join with no problem.
