Skyblock Lost Items Because of Clear Lag (Valueble Items)

My Items got lost in skyblock during fighting someone , I died and when i came back my items were gone , Probably clear lag made it despawn , and the items that got lost was my god set It was a 

very expensive gset (in-game currency). Could someone help me or Am I not getting it back,

Do not bring items into PvP that you are not willing to lose, this is made clear upon entering the PvP area.
