What is the bug related to?: Prison Server

 

Briefly explain the bug/issue:

The server had a reset about 2 days ago. I came online today and saw my voucher rank  [Gold] did not reset to Member. So I had checked all the perks for the rank and it turned out I had all the perms regarding to the permission info on https://ultranetwork.buycraft.net/.  Here are some pictures regarding the bug.

Here is the data of your vouchers from last season:
