How about making the Vote Ad another thing for Jarvis to do? /votetoggle to change between the open book GUI and the chat; else, not have it at all

i was making a little written book for new players to read through and get to know prison related jargon quickly and the vote ad erased three pages of writing in a few milliseconds I logged off immediately. Waste of ten minutes of typing. ... considering books do not have any "save" options besides the "Done" button, please do restrict the vote ads
