The server has a few plugins that restrict these sort of things. It is not an issue / bug rather it is the server plugins and none can change it except our beloved deadmaster

Are you sure you clicked the correct one? I've never seen this sort of bug before! /home works, /l claimlist doesn't??

This is not a bug or issue rather its a server problem, the team working on it will try to fix it, please wait untill a staff sees this so they can report it. And its usually related to network things. Every server may shutdown and turn back on once in a while because of security reasons
