Confused about ban.

So, my brother was banned for 'server advertising', which I don't know very many details about, but we share an island, and when he was banned, I got on to play on the island, and it says I was banned! Can anyone help me with this? I really want to play on Ultra Network, so I hope it can be easily fixed.

4.2 - In the event an account is banned whilst they have other accounts which exist under the same IP, ALL ACCOUNTS under the address will also be banned as we cannot determine if the player being banned owns the other accounts or not.
