Sticky Piston and special blocks

Hi, everyone
in this server i have noticed a problem about the levels blocks(in sb :diamond,iron,gold and special redstone)
to explain this blocks can't be grabed by a sticky piston the problem is with redstone block becuase we all need it in redstone circles
