Pickaxe dissapears after ah purchase

So today I bought a pickaxe on the ah and when I bought it, it just dropped its self out of my inventory and I think it had soulbound. Unfortuantyl I couldnt take any pictures, The pickaxe value was 450T. Help please

Have you gotten a refund? If not, then make a refund request. Sadly, the refund request might not be accepted due to lack of evidences, but do please still try to make a request.
