Some people said that these upgrades does work. I have tested that excavation doesn't work. But explosion is said to work on lower mines. I have not tried this since i have no explosion pick. Please see to this bug or a miss calculation to permissions. Thank You

Briefly explain the bug/issue:
The Pick upgrades on /pl, Excavation and Explosion should not work on lower mines like warp x and u. Some people said that these upgrades does work.
I have tested that excavation doesn't work.
But explosion is said to work on lower mines.
I have not tried this since i have no explosion pick.
Please see to this bug or a miss calculation to permissions.
