Briefly explain the bug/issue:

This is a bug/exploit prison people can use so basically when somebody is scout-ii rank there able to /warp avenger and use the avenger mine which helps them boost because they get more money. I added a picture as some proof that i warped to the avenger mine while i was scout-ii rank hope this helps.
