In-Game Name: MACHINEVF

What is the bug related to?: Skyblock Server

 

Briefly explain the bug/issue:

I have these 2 slice 1 books and i checked /ce to see if there is a slice 2 book and there is a Slice 2 book, so i go to the blacksmith and try to combine the books but it wont combine, both of them are 100 success rate and have a 0 destruction rate I dont know if this is a bug or not. 
I have a mp4 file but i cant insert it here msg me on discord @MACHINEVF#0069 for the file
