    BUG REPORT

    In-Game Name: yihern

What is the bug related to?: Survival Server

    Briefly explain the bug/issue:

Pigmen are not spawning naturally in nether portals.
I have built a bunch of nether portals together hoping to build an overworld portal gold farm (pic here), but it seems that none are spawning. I'm not sure if this is intended or a bug (maybe this is intended together with the random teleporting when going through nether portals?).

For reference, zombie pigmen should spawn naturally in portals in vanilla minecraft, (video1, video2) and many people have made farms out of this mechanic. From the minecraft wiki page on zombie pigmen

" When a nether portal block in the Overworld receives a block tick, there is a chance of 1⁄2000 (0.05%) on Easy, 1⁄1000 (0.1%) on Normal and 3⁄2000 (0.15%) on Hard for it to spawn a zombified piglin. "

I'm hoping that maybe this issue could be fixed if it is unintended as it would allow players to make overworld gold farms. (If I recall, gold farms above the nether roof are not allowed here?) Maybe it would be possible to still allow the random tp while going through a portal and enabling natural pigmen spawning.

    Thanks for reading.

    SERVER SUGGESTION

What platform is this suggestion for?: Skyblock Server

    Description

Currently in skyblock, there is only 1 way to obtain magical dusts that improve the success rates of custom enchant books (/ce).

This is through tinkering ce books to obtain " secret dusts ".  You can then convert these secret dusts and it has a chance of being a magical dust ( improves ce success rates ) or it just becomes failed dusts.

However, one problem I have seen many players encounter is that the chance of the secret dusts becoming magical magical dusts that increases success rates is too low. It becomes very tedious to grind huge amounts of experience to obtain magical dust of higher ce tiers, especially since they keep failing.

I would like to suggest to either improve the rates of a secret dust becoming a successful magical dust, or to implement an additional method of obtain successful dusts. For example, instead of exchanging 100 levels for a mythical ce, we could possible exchange 100 levels for a guaranteed mythical success dust  of random %. This would make custom enchants more viable and widely used.

    Thank you for reading! ^ - ^

    SERVER SUGGESTION

What platform is this suggestion for?: Survival Server

    Description

After playing on the survival server for a while, I have realized that many players get bored easily after building most of their farms. As such, I hope to suggest some possible things that could be implemented to make the server more vibrant.

    1. Custom Mob Heads

This is a datapack from Vanilla Tweaks which I've observed many other survival servers adding. Basically, there's a chance of a mob dropping it's own head whenever you kill it. These mob heads could be used aesthetically to make buildings come alive or they could give players a goal to collect as many heads as possible.

    2. Armour Statues

Another datapack from Vanilla Tweaks, this gives players more options to play with armour stands. This would also help in detailing various builds. However I'm not sure if this could cause lag if players were to incorporate a large number of armour stands into their builds.

    3. Custom Weekly Competitions

There could be weekly competitions on various ingame tasks such as catching the most number of fishes, eating the most number of cake slices... etc.  The player who managed to do the task the most number of times within the span of a week could possibly be awarded some ingame money.  This could help to give players who are feeling bored some goals to work towards.

The following are some miscellaneous suggestions that could help improve the quality of gameplay in survival.

    1. Reduce the number of players that need to sleep in order to skip the night

I understand that currently 10 players are needed to skip the night. However, I feel that it is almost impossible to convince so many people to sleep especially during periods where there are only 20-ish people on the server, and of the few players online, some could be afk.  Reducing the number to 5 players needed to sleep would be much nicer. (The exact number can be decided by Dead/Skully)

    2. Prevent players from leaving your claim

Currently, there is an option to prevent players from entering your claim, but it would also be nice if there's an option to prevent them from leaving. This is to prevent players from leaving your claim and setting a home directly outside your land. This is not meant to create a form of tp trapping/killing but more of a way to ensure your land's surrounding is free from other players' homes, especially for individuals who prefer to live alone.

    3. Prevent players from killing any hostile mobs within your land

While killing of passive mobs by outsiders can be disabled in your land options, it would also be nice if outsiders are not allowed to hurt or kill hostile mobs within your land. Various farms/mechanisms rely on hostile mobs to work (such as a zombie/pillager in an iron farm).  As of now, players can attack mobs in a claimed area, thereby disabling and destroying the farm.

Thank you for reading my suggestions. :)

  4. I think this would be a good suggestion, but perhaps make the price of doing such a command more expensive. For example it could possible cost 50 exp levels or maybe like $1000 to execute the command.

And I am pretty sure /rename would also be a command only ranked players could use.

The command could possibly be made available to everyone in order not to make things p2w. However, I believe it doesn't matter even if only ranked players can use the command as it is simply a cosmetic/aesthetic command and does not limit any aspect of survival gameplay.

In response to earlier comments that this is meant to be a vanilla server and as such /rename shouldn't be allowed, I think we all know by now this is not a completely vanilla server. Mcmmo and /shop clearly shows that the server isn't completely vanilla but are implemented to make survival gameplay more enjoyable. As such, I think /rename would also serve to make the survival experience more fun.

  5. Hi! I would actually agree that currently, there are simply insufficient claim chunks for avid players and especially players without ranks. A maximum of 10 chunks for an individual player without ranks is very very small and this really limits them from being adventurous and building big and fanciful structures. As of now, in order to attempt a huge building project without the worry of getting griefed,  you would need a ton of members with ranks to provide you with additional claim chunks.

    - Playtime, but for exponentially larger amounts (for example, another 6 extra chunks per DAY of playtime)
     - McMmo Level (for example, 1 extra chunks for every 500 levels)
     - For money (you can buy extra claim chunks for a growing amount of money)

I'd agree with the suggestions proposed here as it rewards players for their activity and hardwork on the server. This also ensures that newer players cannot abuse the system to gain additional claim chunks without investing a reasonable amount of time into the server.

What is the bug related to?: Prison Server

    Briefly explain the bug/issue:

My survival inventory got messed up and got placed into /lc, ultimately resulting in my items being lost and irretrievable.

Here's proof of my pickaxe and items which were placed into /lc somehow:

    Replication of bug:

I hope to have my items refunded if as soon as possible, especially my pickaxe. Thank you.

  7. Hi, I don't think that this is a bug, but how the plugin works.

In order to add Slice to your other axe, you would have to buy a Black Scroll (from /ce, it looks like an ink sac) and use it on your axe with Slice. You would now receive a Slice book which you can then add to your other axe.

    I hope this helps. :3

I also tested it in darrels warp sorry darrel.

    best part^^^

Lep, i would suggest that you lock your island for the time being until it is certain that the bug is fixed. Alternatively, you could just change your warp sign location to the overworld temporarily.
