Most likely isn't a bug as this never has been reported before, please make a ticket on discord so I can hopefully restore it

Yes, you will still get the rank whenever you next join and as @JakeTheMan mentioned you cannot buy unbans

The purpose of parties is not just for the chat... As seen in your image for the other features.

It literally doesn't matter at all, these plugins are incredibly common throughout Minecraft servers it takes a few seconds to realize this...
